CBC News: Donors biased against Africa: UN official

Here we go. I can feel the backlash brewing against the UN already. UN relief co-ordinator Lan Egeland has dared to speak the unspeakable, but painfully obvious:

"Humanitarian missions in Africa are seriously underfunded because wealthy donor countries have an "inbuilt discrimination" when crises break out"

I hope he's allowed to keep his job.
